Dave Munro owns Al Truistic's Beer Bread Bakery, located in Gravenhurst, which is a social enterprise helping support Ontario Parents Advocating for Children with Cancer.
Dave started baking when he was young. If he ever said to his Mom he was bored she would tell him to bake something. Dave adapted his Grandmother's Porridge Bread recipe to the bread machine he got in his early
20s. Then Dave tasted beer bread and went on a mission to craft the ultimate beer bread. Now, Al Truistic Beer Bread Bakery has more than a dozen different breads made using an assortment of different beers.
Al Truistic Beer Bread Bakery has morphed two of these into Do It Yourself Craft Beer Bread kits.

We are a family owned and operated business. Our business has been around for 20 years and we are currently found in over 40 different farmers markets across Southwestern, Ontario. We make all our pizzas fresh using a 60% whole wheat crust with flour, yeast and water. Our pizzas contain no chemicals, no preservatives, no salts, greases or oils. The variety of toppings we use are all locally sourced, as best as possible.
Our pizzas come in freezer safe zip lock bags so they can be stored in a freezer easily.
Our pizzas are all made in a fully inspected kitchen on London, Ontario. Our team has up to date Food Handlers Safety Certificates.
